There are the 2 basic shipping options available to UK residents. Please take note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays. As well, please allow one (1) business day for processing.
• 2-3 Day Shipping:
You will receive your purchase 2 to 3 business days from the time we process your order (usually the day after). This is our standard shipping method.
• 1-2 Day Shipping:
This option is only available to UK residents, if your order is placed before 1.00pm (GMT) you will receive it the next working day. However, an order placed after 1.00pm (GMT) may be sent the day after, which means you then will receive it 2 days after you placed your order. (applies to UK mainland only, next day shipping is not guaranteed for all products) If you require your goods urgently then please contact us after you have placed your online order and we will do all we can to expedite it.
European Union Residents
If you reside outside of the UK but within the European Union we will be unable to process orders placed on the website without further contact with you. In most cases we will be able to arrange for your purchase from stordigital.com. It is always worth contacting us prior to making your purchase so we can make special arrangements for the carriage of your products. We will always be happy to arrange a quote for you. Please note! Overnight Shipping Policies
In most cases when you select 2-3 day shipping your good swill ship overnight for next day delivery between 9AM and 5.30PM.
we cannot guarantee overnight deliveries and shipping fee will not be refunded.
